Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or booking a service with Zuma Party Planner, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General
Zuma Party Planner provides event styling and party planning services for birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations. By using our services, you agree to comply with all terms listed below.
Booking & Payments
Bookings must be made at least 1 week prior to the event date, subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days before the event.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, QRIS, etc.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are subject to full payment.
Rescheduling is possible based on availability and must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the original date.
Event Setup & Responsibility
Our team will arrive 4 hours before the event for setup.
Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for decoration setup.
Zuma Party Planner is not liable for venue-related issues such as restricted access, inadequate setup time, or limitations set by the venue management.
Any damage to rental items during the event will be the client’s responsibility.
Design & Customization
All designs are subject to Zuma Party Planner’s creative direction and interpretation of the chosen theme.
We may use third-party suppliers or decorations when necessary to fulfill your theme.
Client requests are welcome, but final design decisions remain at our discretion.
Use of Photos & Media
By booking with Zuma Party Planner, you grant us permission to take and use photos of your decorated event for marketing purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
If you do not wish your photos to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.
Liability
Zuma Party Planner is not liable for delays, damages, or failures to perform caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, accidents, or venue restrictions.
We are not responsible for food allergies or reactions from third-party food or dessert items, unless provided directly by our team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
